READY TO ROCK

Real Studios are creating a House of Rock in Russia. Following on from the huge success of David Bowie is and Pink Floyd, their mortal remains, Real Studios were invited by a Russian collector of rock memorabilia to create a visitor attraction in the city of Samara.

To maximise this eclectic collection, Real Studios devised an immersive approach, based on the experience of being a superfan. Visitors are taken through a ‘bedroom wall’ in 1960’s Soviet Union, to a concert ‘somewhere in the West’. Arriving backstage before the gig, processing through dressing rooms to the green room and ultimately on to the stage, their journey takes them to recording studio, album wall and legacy; mirroring the journey of a song and artist and revealing the entire creative and narrative arc of the music business.
